Good afternoon all,
Just for a little Friday afternoon excitement – the city discovered a double booking issue with the Hamlin Park picnic shelter. But fear not! The city will set us up in the small grove on the other side of the play area. We will have shade, picnic tables, and some additional awnings. The picnic will proceed as planned.
See the attached photos for the new location, not far from the old location. We will have the large BNA banner up. Look for us! Just don’t hit up the other group’s food table. 🙂
We look forward to seeing folks tomorrow! We’ll start things up around 3pm, setup and cleanup volunteers always welcome.
